Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate and manage central talent and performance processes across the organization
- →Collaborate closely with local Heads of HR and HR teams to ensure consistent implementation

Requirements
- ✓Relevant master's degree and experience with operational HR work
- ✓Structured and detail-oriented approach with strong execution capabilities
- ✓Experience coordinating processes across multiple stakeholders, preferably internationally
- ✓Ability to take ownership and drive tasks from idea to implementation
- ✓Strong stakeholder management and expectation alignment skills
- ✓Good prioritization and time management abilities
