About the Role
We are looking for a charismatic and creative talent acquisition specialist to join Netomi, a leading agentic AI platform for enterprise customer experience. This is a special opportunity to help establish the Netomi talent function and grow our teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and drive a full recruitment cycle for various business groups
- →Source and hire top talent nationwide
- →Partner with hiring managers and build out new processes
- →Work closely with the HR team to improve programs and develop innovative strategies
- →Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify future opportunities
- →Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate
- →Create strategic plans for sourcing candidates with diverse backgrounds
- →Manage partnerships with third-party vendors
Requirements
- ✓At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- ✓Prior experience sourcing software engineers, testers, and designers preferred
- ✓A passion for building teams and delivering exceptional candidate experience
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline
- ✓An active and data-driven approach to problem-solving
- ✓An interest in working in a cross-functional and fluid environment
- ✓An entrepreneurial spirit and sense of humor
