About the Role
We are looking for a Technology Recruiter to join Stripe's Tech Recruiting team in APAC. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle while advising leadership on talent strategy and market insights.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with multiple internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives and drive recruiting strategies
- →Build cross-functional partnerships with compensation, HR, finance, and others to scale hiring
- →Generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates through branding, events, and employee referrals
- →Provide timely reporting of key metrics and insights to drive decisions and improve processes
Requirements
- ✓6-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house preferred)
- ✓Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process
- ✓Strong initiative and ability to navigate complex environments with autonomy
- ✓Proven track record of engaging passive talent and building pipelines
- ✓Data-driven approach to recruiting using market trends and metrics
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
