About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support and User Testing Specialist with strong Texas Student Data System (TSDS) expertise to support data submissions, user testing, documentation, and customer outreach. This is a long-term contract opportunity supporting critical education data systems across Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• →Research, analyze, and resolve technical support tickets related to TSDS data submissions
• →Prioritize, troubleshoot, and escalate complex issues to development teams
• →Serve as a business point of contact for support-related discussions
• →Design and execute UAT plans for TSDS-related enhancements
• →Document, track, and manage defects through resolution
• →Develop clear, accurate, and user-friendly technical documentation
• →Maintain release notes, known issues, logic guides, newsletters, and deployment updates
• →Support outreach efforts during peak TSDS submission periods
• →Document and analyze issues reported by ESCs and LEAs
• →Present findings to leadership and stakeholders
