About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our innovative team focused on AI, energy, logistics, sports, and other complex industries. This role will drive clarity and alignment across client initiatives, translating business needs into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead stakeholder collaboration to gather, analyze, and validate complex business requirements
- →Define and document business processes, functional and non-functional requirements
- →Act as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams
- →Oversee project scope, timelines, deliverables, and change management
- →Conduct strategic gap analysis and propose TO-BE solutions
- →Ensure solution supportability, user adoption, and post-implementation success
- →Mentor and support business analysts
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in complex software/information systems
- ✓Strong proficiency with AI, BA tools, and modeling techniques
- ✓Proven expertise in eliciting, documenting, and managing complex requirements
- ✓Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Ability to lead workshops and influence decision-making
- ✓Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies
- ✓Experience writing detailed documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- ✓Strong analytical thinking with a strategic mindset
- ✓Fluency in both French and English
