About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to act as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our solutions while driving commercial growth and maintaining high client satisfaction. This role involves managing client relationships from onboarding through renewal and requires a solid understanding of FMCG manufacturers and ecommerce.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients by developing stakeholder maps and extending contact networks
- →Develop measurable use cases for clients using the "context, actions, outcome" framework
- →Drive thought leadership initiatives including global webinars, LinkedIn posts, and workshops
- →Achieve a 20% upsell target by identifying opportunities and engaging clients with innovative solutions
- →Lead the co-creation of client roadmaps, ensuring timelines are met
- →Oversee accurate documentation of client information in internal systems
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 3 years in customer success, e-commerce, account management, or related client-facing role
- ✓Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills
- ✓Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics, Skalin) and data analysis tools
- ✓Deep commitment to client success with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
