About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Data Scientist to join our global Data Science team. This role focuses on developing innovative solutions to enhance existing methods and create new approaches for measuring consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support implementing our new consumer data collection App and help define new features and functionalities
- →Evaluate and improve current collection methodologies, including panel recruitment, data cleaning, and quality tracking
- →Assist in the production and deployment of proposed enhancements and new solutions
- →Document findings, methodologies, and best practices comprehensively
- →Coordinate efforts across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and execution
Requirements
- ✓University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; advanced/graduate degree preferred
- ✓Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience
- ✓Experience with (un)managed crowdsourced panels and receipt capture methodologies is an advantage
- ✓Guides others in resolving complex problems in specialized areas
- ✓Proficiency in manipulating, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets
- ✓Experience with Python, fluency in using pandas, and experience or willingness to learn pySpark
- ✓Skilled in SQL and working with queries and large-scale databases
- ✓Eagerness to adopt and develop evolving technologies and tools
- ✓Strong communication, writing, and collaboration skills
