About the Role
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Specialist to manage and execute independent Pre-Sales activities for priority business groups. This role involves working as a cross-functional business partner across multiple business verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and execute independent Pre-Sales activities for priority business groups
- →Become familiar with critical support areas bound by SLA coverage
- →Engage with pilot program opportunities to evangelize Pre-Sales Enablement team offerings
- →Become an SME in specific Pre-Sales Enablement team offerings and NielsenIQ products
- →Serve as an expert on internal sales processes and CRM utilization
- →Manage day-to-day tasks to ensure opportunities progress to close won
- →Partner with Marketing and CS to create content and engage with top of funnel campaigns
- →Manage numerous requests concurrently and on deadline
- →Utilize reports to identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle
- →Proactively identify opportunities to improve the sales process
- →Support product releases by understanding new products/features
Requirements
- ✓Experience in Pre-Sales activities and CRM utilization
- ✓Strong understanding of sales processes and RMS services
- ✓Ability to manage multiple requests concurrently and on deadline
- ✓Proficiency in BI reporting and forecasting
- ✓Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
