About the Role
We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on providing high-quality technical support to internal and external users of Production systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze and investigate production incidents in highly complex applications
- →Execute root cause analysis (RCA) to identify root causes and final resolutions
- →Attend incident management (IM) calls to follow production issues and report status
- →Optimize on-call rotations, processes, update runbooks, tools, and documentation
- →Automate regular processing, monitoring, health checks for site reliability
Requirements
- ✓Strong understanding of production systems and applications
- ✓Experience with root cause analysis and incident resolution
- ✓Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- ✓Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- ✓Knowledge of IT operations and client services
