About the Role
Nimble is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to own and scale their end-to-end demand engine. This role will drive pipeline growth across the full funnel by blending data-driven strategy with sharp execution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own demand generation strategy across channels including events, partnerships, content syndication, and ABM
- →Build and manage a predictable pipeline engine aligned to revenue goals
- →Partner with Sales to align on ICPs, buying committees, messaging, and pipeline conversion
- →Lead campaign planning from concept through execution, optimization, and reporting
- →Use data to continuously test, learn, and improve performance across the funnel
- →Own funnel metrics including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, CAC, and ROI
- →Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate value propositions into high-performing campaigns
- →Manage and grow a high-performing demand gen team and agency partners
- →Implement and optimize marketing automation and attribution models
Requirements
- ✓15+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
- ✓10+ years of experience leading or managing teams
- ✓Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue in a high-growth environment
- ✓Deep experience across events, partnerships, lifecycle, and account-based marketing
- ✓Strong analytical mindset with comfort owning metrics and dashboards
- ✓Hands-on leader who can both set strategy and execute
- ✓Excellent communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- ✓Experience in healthcare or health IT is a plus
