About the Role
We are looking for an entry-level Account Executive to join our Digital Publishing team. This role offers hands-on experience in media sales and provides exposure to a fast-paced environment with support from experienced team members.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate campaign inventory sales across the Digital Publishing team
- →Book and revise advertising spots within advertising campaigns
- →Communicate with clients to ensure smooth campaign operations
- →Manage multiple concurrent advertising campaigns
- →Liaise with advertising agencies to coordinate bookings, revisions, and rates
- →Confirm bookings with agencies and clients via email
- →Enter advertising spot data into sales and traffic systems
- →Monitor advertising spot movement and ensure credits are reduced
- →Perform general administrative tasks for the Sales team
