About the Role

We are looking for a Delivery Driver to join Ninja Van, a tech-enabled logistics company providing delivery services across Southeast Asia. This role involves loading, transporting, and delivering packages safely and on time in the Petaling Jaya area.

Key Responsibilities

→Load, transport, and deliver packages to customers, shippers, and stations safely and timely
→Verify customer details with actual addresses in the app before and during delivery to ensure coverage area
→Check packages for discrepancies, acceptable condition, proper AWB labels, and quantity matching before departure
→Report and hand over any discrepant packages to station staff
→Collect cash on delivery (COD) from customers and ensure amounts match the driver app
→Submit collected COD money to Station Head or Fleet Assistant daily
→Contact customers before canceling delivery if no response
→Behave well with customers
→Follow designated routes and schedules
→Comply with POD requirements, transport laws, safe driving records, Ninja Van Code of Conduct, Quality Policy, and Quality Objectives
→Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors

Requirements

✓Malaysian citizen aged 18 and above
✓SPM qualification or higher
✓No experience required
✓Own vehicle (motorcycle/car)
✓Valid driver/rider license and valid GDL if driving company vehicle
✓Clean driving record and no criminal record
✓Good attitude and customer-oriented
✓Own an Android phone
✓Responsible and punctual
✓Able to work flexible schedules
✓Working hours are Monday-Sunday, 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM or until deliveries are completed.
