About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Quality and Compliance Manager to join our team at Ninja Van. This role is responsible for developing, planning, and directing quality activities in support of the company's quality assurance process, with an emphasis on continuous improvement. The position is based in Bonifacio Global City with frequent travel to other facilities as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- →Establish audits for key operational processes and ensure departmental compliance
- →Develop mechanisms to document SOPs as the basis for regular audits
- →Ensure operations teams regularly perform assigned audits
- →Conduct special audits based on cadence or as needed
- →Champion documentation and efforts for industry accreditations and standards
- →Compile and monitor audit results across all operations
- →Provide recommendations to improve adherence to quality management standards
- →Suggest key industry standards for warehouse security, safety, parcel security, and customer service
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years of experience in a related role or field
- ✓Experience with Quality Management Processes in manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics
- ✓Process-driven and organized approach
- ✓Experience with 5S practices, QMS, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing is a plus
- ✓Ability to work and communicate effectively with diverse teams
- ✓Can build professional relationships with junior and senior level managers
- ✓Spoken and written fluency in both English and Tagalog
