Key Responsibilities
- →Generate AR visibility reports for stakeholders
- →Monitor shipper payment receipts to identify poor paymasters
- →Lead meetings with local finance teams regarding AR processes and alignment
- →Manage provisions and write-offs for the business unit
- →Ensure timely collections of aged receivables
- →Ensure adherence to COD offset processes by local finance
- →Ensure adherence to timely COD remittance schedules
- →Assist with structuring intercompany finance and billing flows for cross-border deals
- →Assist with standardization and categorization of existing billing flows
- →Assist with improvement of existing finance flows
- →Handle project design, stakeholder alignment, and execution
- →Work on projects related to automated reporting and analysis
- →Document and regularly update internal finance working instructions
- →Document and regularly update finance processes for customer-facing SOPs
- →Prepare month-end billing for cross-border related revenue
- →Manage communication flow and accounting instructions with local finance for cross-border vendor invoices
- →Ensure vendors are paid within credit terms
- →Ensure timely and accurate preparation of customer billings
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 4 years' experience in Accounting or Finance
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance
- ✓Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- ✓Exposure to cross-geography and cross-cultural teams
- ✓Proficient in English; knowledge of an additional Southeast Asian language is a plus
