About the Role
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Nivoda, a global marketplace connecting retailers and suppliers across diamonds, gemstones, and finished jewellery. This role focuses on driving retailer revenue across every jewelry category and making cross-sell simple and profitable for retailers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own category messaging & positioning for various jewellery categories
- →Build the cross-sell engine to move retailers from loose stones into complete jewelry
- →Partner with sales enablement to provide AEs and AMs with battlecards, scripts, and playbooks
- →Lead category launches & activation for new jewellery categories
- →Drive ARPU growth & share of wallet by helping retailers expand their assortment
- →Produce high-value retailer education content for Nivoda University
- →Use a data-driven approach to shape category adoption and cross-sell performance
- →Clarify Nivoda’s automated workflows to make the journey from design to manufacturing effortless
Requirements
- ✓6+ years in product marketing, category marketing, or a similar commercial role
- ✓Ability to translate complex products into simple narratives that drive revenue
- ✓A strong commercial mindset with understanding of how retailers make money
- ✓A data-driven mindset with experience designing experiments and analysing results
- ✓Experience producing clear, concise positioning, messaging, and sales enablement assets
- ✓Confidence working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Category teams
- ✓Ability to build from scratch, iterate quickly, and ship with speed and precision
- ✓Excellent written communication and structured thinking
- ✓Marketplace or jewellery experience is a nice-to-have, but clarity, ownership, and commercial judgement matter most
