About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join the indirect sales department at Nord Security. This role focuses on generating revenue in emerging global markets by managing client relationships and driving sales of cybersecurity products including Threat Protection Pro and the NordLynx protocol.
Key Responsibilities
- →Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries via online calls
- →Achieve or exceed sales goals while interacting with new clients
- →Set up meetings, understand prospect needs, and present products
- →Manage and grow partnerships with existing partners
- →Maintain accurate information in Salesforce CRM
- →Work with internal teams to optimize lead generation and conversion
- →Ensure seamless client experience during product onboarding
- →Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics to improve performance
- →Proactively identify team process improvements
- →Work with innovative cybersecurity products
Requirements
- ✓Experience in sales account management
- ✓Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian
- ✓Good presentation and collaboration skills for daily partner calls
- ✓Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- ✓Flexible, proactive, and result-oriented work approach
- ✓Passion for sales and customer success
- ✓Strong learning, planning, and organizational skills
- ✓Confident handling of MS Office
- ✓Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce
- ✓Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking
