About the Role
We are looking for a Professional Services Consultant to join Notion, helping customers unlock the full potential of our platform. You'll collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to design tailored solutions and drive successful implementation of Notion across organizations.
Key Responsibilities

- →Develop and execute change management strategies to drive adoption
- →Lead end-to-end professional services engagements from scoping to delivery
- →Provide expert guidance on workspace architecture, permissions, and security
- →Deliver professional services solutions across the Notion ecosystem
- →Manage project execution with comprehensive documentation and timelines
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and feature adoption
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience in technical consulting or implementation
- ✓Proven success in delivering customer implementations
- ✓Experience with SaaS platforms and technical concepts
- ✓Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
