About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join Novo, a rapidly growing fintech startup focused on small business banking. This high-impact role spans two critical areas: customer onboarding and growth experience, and internal tooling and systems that power customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- βPartner with the VP Growth Marketing to optimize growth loops, funnel conversion, and lifecycle engagement strategies
- βBuild infrastructure to support targeted marketing and data-driven personalization
- βDrive product strategy for AI-powered automation that enhances customer support
- βLead CRM and case management platform implementation
- βTranslate customer experience data into internal tooling requirements
- βBuild systems that provide context to agents for faster decision-making
- βMeasure success and impact of tools and initiatives
- βPerform customer and competitive analysis
- βLead cross-functional execution from discovery through delivery
Requirements
- β7+ years in product management with experience in onboarding/growth and internal tooling
- βStrong technical acumen with AI-first approach
- βExperience building or implementing AI, automation, or agentic workflows
- βExperience optimizing user onboarding funnels and lifecycle engagement
- βTrack record building internal tools that improved operational efficiency
- βExceptional organizational skills
- βData fluency with analytics and metrics definition
- βAI and automation mindset
- βStrong stakeholder management skills
- βProficiency with AI and code-gen tools
