Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- ✓6+ years of recruiting experience, including clinical, technical, and AI roles
- ✓Startup or high-growth environment experience preferred
- ✓Passion for providing the best candidate experience
- ✓Demonstrated success in sourcing, recruiting, and closing top-tier technical talent
- ✓Proficient in using applicant tracking systems
- ✓Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Strong sourcing instincts and comfort recruiting for hard-to-fill roles
- ✓Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality
- ✓Clear communicator who can influence and collaborate across teams
- ✓Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple initiatives
