About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join Octopus Energy's (OE Tech) Japan team and support their mission to make energy better for customers and the planet. This role involves working with business teams to deliver innovative energy solutions and shape the future of the company's products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with business teams to help deliver on the mission to make energy better

- →Work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to launch quickly, gather feedback, and iterate at speed

Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in a customer support or operational support role with a desire to move into a tech or product role
- ✓Genuine care for customers and tireless advocacy on their behalf
- ✓Confidence in handling tasks independently
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Strong judgment in prioritization: knowing what needs doing now and what can wait
