About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team at Oden, a Manufacturing AI company at the forefront of the fourth industrial revolution. This role involves leading development of key product areas alongside cross-functional teams of designers and engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive the discovery process to build a deep understanding of customers and their needs
- →Work closely with Design and Engineering counterparts to build, ship, and iterate quickly
- →Empower your team by providing context, setting direction, and building alignment
- →Determine what problems to work on by accounting for customer needs, company and product strategy, and product risks
- →Work cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, customer success and other key stakeholders to successfully launch new products, features, and updates
- →Be a thoughtful team leader, help make your teammates better and motivate them to do the best work of their careers
- →Help the team define and track key success metrics
- →Work with the rest of the product team to build processes that will scale as our team and company grow
Requirements
- ✓At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager and 6-8 years total in relevant industries
- ✓Track record of delivering business and technology results for complex, cross-functional initiatives
- ✓Established leadership with end-to-end product delivery and direct customer collaboration
- ✓Experience driving organizational strategy and solution-level design thinking
- ✓Technical proficiency with data analysis tools and methodologies
- ✓Fluency with modern prototyping tools and comfort with design/collaboration environments
