About the Role
The Account Manager will play a key role working with a high-profile motorsport client, in collaboration with the team, to develop and implement world-class events, hospitality programs, and brand experiences, both at track and away from track.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as a point of contact for the client, building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships.
- →Support relationship management with rights holders, vendors, suppliers, partner agencies, and internal teams.
- →Assist in the planning and execution of corporate hospitality programs at Grand Prix events globally.
- →Coordinate guest logistics, including travel, transportation, accommodation, pass, and ticketing management.
- →Assist in the management of event budgets, ensuring that all expenses align with client expectations.
- →Manage hospitality and event operations at F1 race events, handling any issues or changes as they arise.
- →Provide regular updates to clients on event progress, hospitality arrangements, and any changes.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in account management, event management, and hospitality, ideally within sports marketing agencies.
- ✓Formula One experience and understanding is preferred.
- ✓Excellent project management and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- ✓Experience in budget management and reconciliation, including use of Microsoft Excel.
- ✓Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- ✓Team collaboration and coordination both internally and externally with suppliers, vendors, and additional client teams.
- ✓Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, including working across various time zones and international travel.
