About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Program Manager – Growth to join One Impression, a leading influencer marketing platform. This role involves working at the intersection of data, experimentation, and execution to drive user, creator, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Track, analyze, and report growth metrics across campaigns, creators, and clients
- →Write and optimize SQL queries to extract actionable insights from large datasets
- →Support growth experiments (A/B tests, funnel optimizations, new initiatives) and analyze outcomes
- →Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to scale successful growth strategies
- →Identify bottlenecks and opportunities across acquisition, engagement, and retention funnel
Requirements
- ✓1–2 years of work experience (startup experience is a strong plus)
- ✓Strong interest in data analytics with a solid working knowledge of SQL
- ✓Comfortable working with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
- ✓Curious problem-solver who enjoys breaking down complex challenges
- ✓Strong ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently
