About the Role
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team at PointClickCare, a leading health tech company. In this role, you will be responsible for go-to-market and new product launch planning and execution, serving as a customer-facing subject matter expert.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonate with the buying audience
- →Lead product launches, including strategy, KPI development, and creation of tools and collateral
- →Collaborate with marketing peers to drive development of content including sales decks, solution sheets, and campaign assets
- →Enable sales by communicating product value propositions and delivering sales tools
- →Gather and analyze market intelligence and customer insights
- →Align closely with product management and Marketplace partner teams
- →Develop and distribute public-facing product launch materials
- →Work with customers to create case studies, references, and testimonials
- →Foster strong cross-functional collaboration to drive shared outcomes
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor degree; advanced degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience desirable
- ✓4-6 years in product marketing experience
- ✓Experience with Product Management and/or Product Marketing principles
- ✓Experience with B2B SaaS healthcare technology required
- ✓Experience with partner marketing highly preferred
- ✓AI Fluency and/or use of M365 Copilot
- ✓Strong written and verbal communications skills
- ✓Knowledge of marketing principles and practices
- ✓Excellent time management, interpersonal, communication, decision making, and organization skills
- ✓A self-starting orientation with the drive to make things happen
