About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager, SMB to lead our Small and Medium Business sales function in Finland. This role is accountable for driving revenue growth within this channel and oversees the full sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and manage our SMB sales offering and overall performance
- →Oversee the sales pipeline from initial leads through to qualified prospects
- →Recruit, onboard, and develop new team members
- →Convert qualified opportunities into signed contracts
- →Drive account growth by following customer roadmaps
- →Develop business plans and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- →Initiate and coordinate action plans to enter new markets
- →Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- →Coach and mentor Inside Sales team members
- →Provide insights on new applications or enhancements for existing products
Requirements
- ✓Degree qualified in Business or a related field
- ✓Strong understanding of Information Technology
- ✓Proven ability to sell and influence at C-level
- ✓Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams
- ✓Skilled in coaching Inside Sales representatives
- ✓Deep knowledge of the sales cycle and pipeline management
- ✓Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- ✓Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and with external partners
