About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our growing team at On in Brazil. This role will involve shaping On's people agenda and providing efficient support to employees and leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as a strategic partner to the business, serving as the main point of contact for all HR/Talent related topics
- →Shape how On embeds and evolves its culture and ways of working
- →Manage all day-to-day employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, payroll, benefits, and offboarding
- →Manage different talent queries ranging from onboarding through offboarding
- →Evaluate, drive and implement process optimization, like performance management and individual development
- →Manage and maintain positive employee relations
- →Advise on local labor laws (CLT) ensuring compliance
- →Be the main point of contact with labor unions
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of experience in talent business partnering or human resources roles within a premium global retailer
- ✓Expert knowledge of Brazilian labor law (CLT)
- ✓Experience managing complex payroll, benefits, and compliance requirements
- ✓Track record of navigating union relations in Brazil
- ✓Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms
- ✓Ability to navigate a global-local matrix
- ✓Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English
