About the Role
We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to join OpenAI’s fast-moving partnerships team. This role involves shaping and executing collaborations with major partners, focusing on search and shopping products. You will build relationships, lead strategic partnerships, and advance OpenAI’s mission.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and scale search and shopping partnerships, driving strategy and execution across priority partners.
- →Support partnership deal execution, including commercial negotiations from evaluation through launch and renewal.
- →Operate as a cross-functional driver, coordinating internal teams and external partners to launch and optimize initiatives.
- →Serve as the internal advocate for partners, aligning teams to partner goals and driving accountability.
- →Run partner operating cadence, establishing working rhythms and escalating issues as needed.
- →Track and communicate impact by defining success metrics and monitoring performance.
- →Build strong partner relationships, identifying new opportunities for collaboration.
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of experience in business development, product partnerships, or product within the technology industry.
- ✓Proven experience supporting or leading strategic partnerships, including technical/product integrations.
- ✓Strong cross-functional operator with experience working closely with product, engineering, legal, finance, and sales teams.
- ✓Skilled relationship builder with clear, effective communication across internal and partner organizations.
- ✓Self-directed and adaptable, comfortable operating in fast-moving environments.
- ✓Past experience working at high-growth companies preferred.
