About the Role
We are looking for a program manager to strengthen the operational backbone of the Product Policy team. This role focuses on making our core processes run smoothly and reliably to enable the team to move quickly and responsibly.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and improve Product Policy’s core operational processes
- →Build and maintain systems to measure progress and ensure accountability
- →Coordinate day-to-day execution with operations, integrity, safety, and legal partners
- →Support priority initiatives by organizing workplans and driving follow-ups
- →Develop lightweight tools, templates, and documentation to improve team efficiency
- →Translate policy requirements into clear operational steps for partner teams
Requirements
- ✓Experience running operational programs or processes in cross-functional environments
- ✓Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ✓Comfort working with policy, technical, and operational stakeholders
