About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiter II to join OpenGov, a leader in AI and ERP solutions for local and state governments. You will help build teams that power more effective and accountable government across the country, managing full-cycle recruiting for roles in our go-to-market organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned roles, primarily individual contributor and early-career positions
- →Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements and success profiles
- →Source, screen, and present qualified candidates, driving an efficient process from outreach to offer
- →Partner closely with hiring managers to align on expectations, process, and candidate experience
- →Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and referrals
- →Build and maintain talent pools for frequently hired roles
- →Uphold recruiting data integrity in all systems to enable reliable analytics and dashboards
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
- ✓Experience using applicant tracking systems (preferably Ashby) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
- ✓Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with precision and urgency
- ✓Excellent phone and video presence and ability to qualify talent effectively
- ✓Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Growth mindset with openness to feedback and a passion for continuous learning
