About the Role
We are looking for an Onboarding Project Manager to join Optimove, an AI-powered marketing platform. This role involves managing complex onboarding implementation projects for enterprise customers across various verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage complex onboarding implementation projects for enterprise customers across gaming, eCommerce, Forex, and other verticals
- →Own all aspects of project delivery from kick-off through completion and transition
- →Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management
- →Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive delivery of technical implementations
- →Translate client goals into clear project plans, milestones, and priorities
- →Track and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
- →Identify dependencies and risks early, and proactively drive resolution
- →Manage multiple onboarding projects in parallel while maintaining quality
Requirements
- ✓Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- ✓Strong ability to build relationships and understand client needs
- ✓Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- ✓Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- ✓Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- ✓Technical orientation with the ability to understand and discuss Optimove’s solution
- ✓Strong presentation skills, including presenting to senior and executive audiences
- ✓Bachelor’s degree (BSc or BA), preferably in a technology-related field
- ✓2–4 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager
- ✓Experience working in a SaaS environment – advantage
- ✓Project Management certification – advantage
