About the Role
We are looking for an Outbound Account Executive to bring in new business and take charge of the sales process. This role involves working with high-potential clients across various industries in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Taking ownership of revenue goals and driving sales growth.
- →Leading the outbound sales process, from discovery to contract negotiations.
- →Developing strategies to identify and engage with potential clients in target industries, such as AI, e-commerce, retail, and cybersecurity.
- →Building and managing a small team of BDRs, guiding them on account priorities and outreach techniques.
- →Attending sales meetings with prospects, tailoring pitches, and crafting compelling value propositions.
- →Participating in industry events and conferences to expand your network and source new opportunities.
- →Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to align on product strategy and provide client feedback.
- →Refining outbound sales workflows and contributing to team projects to optimize performance.
Requirements
- ✓At least 3 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, IaaS, or tech solutions.
- ✓Proven success in managing full-cycle sales with enterprise-level clients.
- ✓Advanced negotiation, presentation, and objection-handling skills.
- ✓A track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing deals with diverse buyer groups.
- ✓Familiarity with modern sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach) and a data-driven approach to prospecting.
