About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager at PandaDoc to drive success and growth for diverse clients through high-impact service in a pooled support model. You'll guide customers through onboarding and workflow consultations, helping them fully utilize PandaDoc's tools.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide responsive and strategic support to help customers onboard smoothly and adopt PandaDoc’s tools
- →Lead personalized onboarding sessions, including launch plan meetings, training, and integration setup
- →Proactively drive product adoption through tailored consultations and hands-on training
- →Promote self-serve resources such as help center, training sessions, and webinars
- →Partner with Account Management to shape renewal strategies and uncover upsell opportunities
- →Leverage data from platforms like Catalyst, Salesforce, and Gong to track customer engagement
Requirements
- ✓2-3 years of SaaS customer success experience
- ✓Strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities
- ✓Growth mindset with adaptability to new challenges
- ✓Strong communication and empathy skills
- ✓Experience with AI tools for customer data synthesis
- ✓Ability to conduct deep-dive discovery during customer interactions
- ✓Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams
