About the Role
WalkMe is seeking a Customer Success Manager to help clients achieve maximum value from our Digital Adoption Platform. You will serve as a trusted advisor to Fortune 1000 companies, managing a portfolio of up to 10 clients with a $6M annual revenue book.
Key Responsibilities
- →Be the 'voice of the customer' and provide internal feedback to maximize customer value and retention.
- →Schedule and prepare Executive Business Reviews to increase customer adoption and prove Return on Investment.
- →Maintain product knowledge to guide customers to success and promote their Adoption Score.
- →Educate customers on relevant features based on their specific requirements.
- →Understand industry trends and challenges with digital adoption.
- →Establish strategic relationships with Decision Makers and Champions.
- →Develop Success Plans with the Account team and Customer.
- →Monitor customer health to identify risks and remediation options.
- →Partner with the WalkMe Account Team to ensure customer renewals and expansions.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of customer advocacy and engagement experience in Enterprise SaaS.
- ✓Experience managing a quarterly retention and growth quota.
- ✓Experience with Enterprise customer accounts (4000+ Employees).
- ✓High competency in sales discovery methodologies and ROI discussions.
- ✓Experience in an enterprise solution sales environment.
- ✓Travel expected 3-4 times per year.
- ✓Fluent or native German speaker.
- ✓Fluent in English.
