About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join Paytm's Client Acquisition Team. This role focuses on driving business growth by increasing sales of EDC machines to merchants across multiple locations through proper channels.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- ✓8-12 years experience in sales, business development, and B2C markets
- ✓Good networking capabilities and willingness to travel extensively
- ✓Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and quick learning of new concepts
- ✓Self-starter who takes ownership and navigates ambiguity
- ✓Passionate about working in fast-growing firms and handling large teams
- ✓Ability to articulate complex solutions to novice customers
- ✓Good sales and negotiation skills with experience in quota-driven sales
- ✓Experience in payments and finance is a plus
- ✓Graduation or MBA in Marketing
