About the Role
We are looking for an extroverted, outgoing marketing generalist to build community, ecosystem, and partnerships for Endless Commerce. This role involves managing customer referrals, building communities on platforms like Slack and Substack, and formalizing channel partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the customer referral flywheel to help get one new customer for each existing customer
- →Build community on Slack, Substack, or social media to connect networks
- →Formalize referral partnerships with brands in our ICP
- →Engage existing customers to keep them updated on product changes and improvements
- →Plan for and make the most of events like ExpoWest, Shoptalk, IHA, and eTail
- →Manage follow-up for all event attendees, demo participants, and content engagers
Requirements
- ✓3-10 years of lifecycle, community, client services, partnerships, and/or marketing operations experience
- ✓Love talking to people and remembering names, people, and faces
- ✓Understand when to automate and when a human touch is worth the extra effort
- ✓Highly organized and process-oriented, but also creative
- ✓Comfortable with the latest tech and productivity tools
- ✓Hands-on approach to building campaigns, writing emails, and managing partnerships
- ✓Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
