About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Recruiter to join our growing team at Pennylane, a fast-growing Fintech in France. This role focuses on building diverse teams and supporting our growth journey by implementing innovative recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Proactively source diverse talent on specialized platforms and networks
- →Partner with and advise hiring managers on defining needs and developing inclusive recruitment strategies
- →Create and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- →Produce regular reports on recruitment progress and performance indicators
- →Optimize the existing recruitment process with a continuous improvement approach
- →Contribute to the development of our inclusive employer brand
- →Lead and participate in structural projects
Requirements
- ✓At least 5 years of experience in product recruitment in a startup/scale-up environment
- ✓Valued as a business partner and trusted advisor by hiring managers
- ✓Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with highly sought-after profiles
- ✓Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple processes
- ✓Data driven with a focus on metrics to measure and improve performance
- ✓Pragmatic, action-oriented, and thrive in collaborative environments
- ✓Fluent in French and English with the ability to conduct interviews in both languages
