About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join PeopleGrove, a rapidly growing SaaS company delivering workflow and engagement tools to higher education institutions. This role requires strong discovery skills, structured thinking, and the ability to translate customer input into scalable product improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead client-driven product initiatives and own key modules within the PeopleGrove platform
- →Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure client needs are incorporated into product direction
- →Develop a deep understanding of users and how they interact with modules
- →Identify themes across client requests and convert them into scalable product opportunities
- →Define clear product requirements and success metrics
- →Balance short-term client needs with long-term platform integrity
- →Maintain clear documentation of product decisions and trade-offs
- →Contribute to improving product discovery and intake processes
- →Partner with Engineering to ensure solutions are scalable and technically sound
Requirements
- ✓2 to 5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or a similar environment
- ✓Demonstrated ability to conduct customer discovery and translate insights into clear product requirements
- ✓Strong analytical thinking and comfort using data to inform decisions
- ✓Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering and Design
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Comfortable navigating ambiguity and competing stakeholder priorities
