Key Responsibilities
- →Own the product strategy and roadmap for Location Verification, including long-term direction and near-term priorities.
- →Lead problem discovery: understand customer pain points, operational constraints, and regulatory requirements; define clear problem statements and success metrics.
- →Drive prioritisation and decision-making by balancing conversion, risk, customer experience, operational load, and cost.
- →Partner closely with Engineering and Design/UX to design, build, and iterate on location verification experiences and underlying capabilities.
- →Work with Risk/Compliance and Operations to align on policies, thresholds, exception handling, and auditability.
- →Ship and learn: define MVPs, run experiments where appropriate, launch safely (staged rollouts/monitoring), and iterate based on impact.
- →Measure outcomes and build feedback loops using data and qualitative insights.
