About the Role
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our fast-growing brand. This role involves managing influencer campaigns end-to-end within a dedicated market, focusing on creator collaboration and performance-minded marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own influencer campaign delivery from briefing to final reporting
- →Recruit, negotiate, and manage creators across all tiers
- →Brief creators clearly across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages
- →Ensure timely delivery of all agreed content and assets
- →Negotiate fees, deliverables, usage rights, and amplification terms
- →Maintain professional communication with creators to minimize delays
- →Ensure compliance with contracts, disclosure requirements, and brand guidelines
- →Coordinate with Creative and Performance teams for content usability
- →Support paid amplification processes like whitelisting and Spark Ads
- →Track creator and campaign performance using metrics like CTR, CVR, and ROAS
- →Document creator insights and flag optimization opportunities
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns
- ✓Strong negotiation skills with excellent creator relationship abilities
- ✓Understanding of performance marketing fundamentals
- ✓Deep market fluency, including cultural context and local creator ecosystems
- ✓Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
- ✓Ability to run small to medium-sized campaigns independently
