The role:
As soon as a customer has signed, the implementation team is responsible for the onboarding of customers on the Perk platform, and providing recommendations to optimize the client experience. We guide new customers from signup to launch, providing consultative, administrative, technical, and educational support to maximise the client's experience with the Perk platform.. As a Senior Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding and successful Perk adoption of our Enterprise clients within the French Market. You will be responsible for defining the best onboarding strategy, leading the change within the customer's organisation and providing support in any technical aspects related to integrations and account set up. You will not only be a subject matter expert on TK product and onboarding best practices and you will deliver 7 star experience for our clients during the onboarding process!
What youβll do:
- Prepare and execute onboarding plans through the use of project management.
- Be the subject matter expert in the area of change management and adoption, by leading our customers through the journey of introducing a new travel tool and policies in their organisation.
- Drives client onboarding forward by providing influential recommendations and creating urgency for client stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional projects and ensure all internal stakeholders are aligned and cooperating towards the common goal of full ramp up of the customer.
- Be the first point of contact for client escalations during implementation.
- Prioritise accounts based on client and business needs.
- Simplify complex technical information for all audiences.
- Serve as the first point of contact for client escalations during the implementation process, always delivering 7 star service.
- Provide technical support to clients as they set up integrations to marketplace partners or custom-built API solutions.
- Proactively identify best practice recommendations and provide them to the client, based on acquired experience and data-driven best practice recommendations (not just reactively answering questions / inquiries from customers).
- Manage the rollout of a new platform for your clients; providing guides, templates and recommendations to the client on how to ensure adoption and long-term success of the platform.
- Validate client configuration and account satisfaction by monitoring client booking behaviour post-implementation and proactively offering support or recommendations.
What we look for:
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects in an international environment
- Organized and structured way of working, with good capabilities to analyze and deliver recommendations
- Able to develop relationships with all levels of the organization, both internally and externally, and adapt the communication accordingly
- Excited by challenges and have a personal drive to make a difference
- Excellent problem-solving and process optimisation skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and managing competing priorities.
What you need to succeed:
- Excellent communication skills in English and French (additional languages are a plus)
- Highly organised, with strong administrative skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and high-quality outcomes

Whatβd weβd like but not essential:
- 2-5 years experience in project management
- Prior experience in a SaaS implementation role
- Prior startup experience

How We Work
At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs. We fundamentally believe in the value of meeting in real life to improve connectivity, productivity, creativity and ultimately making us a great place to work.
