About the Role
We are seeking a Product Lead for Growth to oversee a broad portfolio at Plaid. This role involves leading product managers across Growth, Web, and Customer Foundations while setting strategy for funnel optimization, customer acquisition, and enterprise enablement. You will partner with multiple teams to drive growth across all go-to-market channels.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead product managers across Growth, Web, and Customer Foundations teams
- →Define end-to-end growth strategy across website, product-led growth, SMB, enterprise, and partnerships
- →Own core funnel performance from traffic to activation
- →Drive scalable SMB and long-tail customer acquisition motions
- →Partner with Sales and Partnerships to support large enterprise deals and identify product gaps
- →Oversee onboarding risk engine and customer compliance workflows
- →Build and operationalize Plaid's Customer Lifecycle Model
- →Use data to identify funnel opportunities, segment users, and drive experimentation
- →Make resource allocation and prioritization decisions across the portfolio
- →Communicate strategy and insights to executive, GTM, and engineering leadership
Requirements
- ✓8-10+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years managing product managers
- ✓Demonstrated success leading product-led growth or B2B growth at scale
- ✓Strong analytical and funnel optimization skills with comfort in data modeling and experimentation
- ✓Deep experience partnering with go-to-market teams including Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing
- ✓Experience supporting enterprise deals or partnership motions
- ✓Demonstrated ability to operate across multiple domains including growth, risk, compliance, onboarding, and internal systems
- ✓Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
- ✓Nice-to-have: Experience in fintech, onboarding, risk, or compliance workflows
- ✓Nice-to-have: Background in API-first or platform businesses
