About the Role
We are looking for a Product Lead - Growth to join Plaid’s Customer Growth & Experience (CGX) team. This role will oversee one of Plaid’s highest-breadth portfolios, leading Product Managers across Growth, Web, and Customer Foundations. You will define the end-to-end growth strategy and ensure Plaid can scale reliably and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead PMs across Growth, Web, and Customer Foundations.
- →Define the end-to-end growth strategy across website, PLG, SMB, enterprise, and partnerships.
- →Own core funnel performance: traffic → MQL → onboarding → activation.
- →Drive scalable SMB and long-tail customer acquisition motions.
- →Partner with Sales and Partnerships to support large enterprise deals, identify product gaps, and shape deal mechanics.
- →Oversee onboarding risk engine and customer compliance workflows.
- →Build and operationalize Plaid’s Customer Lifecycle Model (CLM) to ensure clean customer state and entitlement logic.
- →Use data to identify funnel opportunities, segment users, validate hypotheses, and drive experimentation.
- →Make resource allocation and prioritization decisions across a high-breadth portfolio.
- →Communicate strategy, tradeoffs, and insights to Executive, GTM, and Engineering leadership
Requirements
- ✓8-10+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years managing PMs.
- ✓Demonstrated success leading PLG or B2B growth at scale.
- ✓Strong analytical and funnel optimization skills; comfort with data modeling and experimentation.
- ✓Deep experience partnering with GTM teams (Sales, Partnerships, Marketing).
- ✓Experience supporting enterprise deals or partnership motions.
- ✓Demonstrated ability to operate across multiple domains: growth, risk, compliance, onboarding, internal systems.
- ✓Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
