About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the central Data Analytics team at Plaud Inc., a San Francisco-based company building AI work companions for professionals. This role involves analyzing DTC & sales funnel performance and partnering with various teams to translate insights into data-informed actions.
Key Responsibilities
- βAnalyze end-to-end DTC & sales funnel performance across hardware sales, conversion, and revenue.
- βDiagnose drivers of DTC & sales performance changes across platform, audiences, creatives, landing pages, and promotions.
- βDesign and execute measurement plans to evaluate growth actions and experiments using consistent logic.
- βBuild and maintain dashboards and analytical views that surface efficiency, trends, and risks clearly.
- βPartner with DTC, GTM, Growth, Marketing, and Product teams to translate insights into prioritized, data-informed actions.
Requirements
- βMinimum 3 years of experience in growth analytics, marketing analytics, or related roles within e-commerce, DTC, or tech companies.
- βStrong proficiency in SQL and experience working with web, DTC, and marketing data sources (e.g., Shopify, web analytics, ad platforms).
- βSolid understanding of funnel analysis, attribution trade-offs, experimentation, and performance measurement.
- βProven ability to operate end-to-endβfrom problem framing to insight delivery and outcome validation.
- βStrong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, decision-ready recommendations.
