About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our central Data Analytics team at Plaud Inc. This role involves analyzing customer service performance and translating insights into data-informed actions to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- βAnalyze customer service performance across support interactions, logistics fulfillment, refunds, and QA to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- βValidate and quantify customer service signals to distinguish isolated incidents from systemic issues.
- βTrack and measure the impact of service actions and process changes, ensuring issues are followed through to resolution and outcome validation.
- βBuild and maintain dashboards and reporting views that provide clear visibility into service performance and recurring issues.
- βPartner with Customer Service and Operations stakeholders to translate insights into data-informed actions and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- βMinimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or related roles within tech, AI, or product-driven companies.
- βBachelorβs degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
- βStrong working knowledge of SQL and hands-on experience analyzing real-world, imperfect datasets.
- βAbility to translate qualitative inputs (e.g. customer feedback, issue descriptions) into quantitative analysis and measurable outcomes.
- βExecution-oriented mindset with attention to detail, accountability for follow-through, and comfort working across multiple stakeholders.
