About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join PolicyMe, a remote-first, Toronto-based startup modernizing the insurance industry. This high-impact role involves owning product execution for Life & Critical Illness (LCI) business lines, working cross-functionally to bring new features and products to life that improve customer experience and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- βOwn delivery and optimization of key product flows within Life & Critical Illness
- βDrive end-to-end execution of new product initiatives and define MVP scopes
- βPartner with engineering and design to build, test, and ship high-quality features
- βWork with insurance and compliance partners to translate complex rules into intuitive user experiences
- βUse data and customer insights to identify conversion levers, prioritize initiatives, and guide roadmap decisions
- βBalance short-term optimization with long-term product strategy and scalability
- βLead discovery and experimentation processes to validate hypotheses and reduce risk
- βCollaborate with stakeholders to align product work with company-level goals and KPIs
Requirements
- β4+ years of product management experience in a high-growth environment
- βProven ability to execute and ship impactful features or products from concept to delivery
- βAnalytical and data-informed mindset, with comfort using dashboards and metrics
- βExperience working cross-functionally with design, engineering, and business stakeholders
- βStrong communicator and storyteller, able to craft compelling narratives
- βFamiliarity with SQL, experimentation frameworks, or analytics tools
- βExperience in fintech, Insurtech, or regulated digital industry considered an asset
