About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to join Profound, a company helping businesses understand and control their AI presence. This role will lead and scale the enterprise sales team in NYC or SF, driving strategic revenue growth with a consultative approach.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives
- →Own and guide the full enterprise sales cycle from discovery to close
- →Build and refine enterprise sales playbooks and qualification frameworks
- →Partner with prospects to establish Profound as the preferred AI partner
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Engineering
- →Drive pipeline generation strategy and shape top-of-funnel programs
- →Establish enterprise sales processes and performance metrics
Requirements
- ✓Proven enterprise sales leadership experience with large SaaS deals
- ✓Skilled in multi-threading and stakeholder alignment
- ✓Strong coaching abilities for Account Executives
- ✓Highly strategic and structured approach to sales
