About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager with a technical background to support the GTM motion for Prolific, the human data infrastructure that powers frontier AI models. You will target builders at leading AI labs and demonstrate technical competency to position Prolific as the essential infrastructure for safe and capable AI.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive growth through credibility by organizing technical roundtables, sponsoring hackathons, engaging in communities, and distributing technical white papers
- →Translate platform capabilities into the language of researchers
- →Connect researchers to enterprise-grade data access and work with sales and services teams to accelerate deal velocity
- →Treat every marketing channel as a laboratory for precision performance execution
- →Build systems that ingest technical signals to trigger hyperrelevant outreach or digital marketing campaigns
- →Use AI to scrape public data, personalize outreach at scale, analyze channel health, and generate content variations
Requirements
- ✓Understanding of the AI lifecycle and the difference between SFT and RLHF
- ✓Comfort with tools like Clay, Zapier, Cowork, Skills, or custom GPTs to build workflows
- ✓High velocity learner with the ability to keep abreast of changes in the AI landscape
- ✓Commercial focus with obsession for pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and CAC efficiency
- ✓Database of initiatives where you identified problems, built solutions, and measured impact
