Key Responsibilities
- →Build, manage, and maintain detailed project plans for global program launches
- →Lead cross-functional meetings and ensure alignment and on-time delivery
- →Create executive-ready summaries, dashboards, and status reports
- →Develop process maps and drive alignment across functions
- →Ensure consistent understanding of program requirements
- →Coordinate readiness across systems and partner-facing tools
- →Validate program updates prior to launch
- →Maintain version control for all program documentation
- →Serve as the single source of truth for program implementation
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- ✓8+ years of program management experience in channel programs or similar functions
- ✓Proven success managing complex, cross-functional programs
- ✓Ability to create and maintain detailed project plans and executive summaries
- ✓Strong understanding of partner program components
- ✓High proficiency in Asana, Google Workspace, and project management tools
- ✓Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership
- ✓Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- ✓Passion for delivering an outstanding partner program
