About the Role
We are seeking a Principal Product Manager, AI – Commerce Platform to define and lead the next generation of AI-native commerce experiences for our sellers, partners, and customers. This role owns the strategy, development, and scaling of intelligent systems that translate complex user intent into precise commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and execute the long-term strategy for AI-powered commerce and configuration systems
- →Lead development of intelligent recommendation and decision-support products
- →Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and UX to ship production-grade AI solutions
- →Define product requirements and partner with developers on release plans
- →Collaborate with UX and technology teams to develop product requirements and wireframes
- →Design hybrid AI + deterministic system architectures
- →Establish evaluation frameworks and model governance standards
- →Tie AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes
- →Drive experimentation and continuous learning loops
- →Operationalize AI innovations for long-term success
- →Drive usability and adoption through business stakeholder partnerships
- →Influence executive stakeholders and align cross-functional teams
- →Own success metrics for product capabilities
- →Mentor other product managers
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of product management experience with complex enterprise platforms
- ✓Proven experience launching AI/ML-powered products
- ✓Experience in prompt engineering
- ✓Strong understanding of large language models and AI system evaluation
- ✓Experience in wireframing and prototyping
- ✓Experience building hybrid systems combining AI with business logic
- ✓Background in commerce systems like CRM, CPQ, pricing engines, or quote-to-cash workflows
- ✓Ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical partners
- ✓Demonstrated ability to connect product strategy to revenue impact
- ✓Strong analytical mindset with experience running experiments
- ✓Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
