About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Program Manager, Integrated Operations to join our team at Pure Storage. This role will be a key member of the Integrated Operations team, reporting directly to the Director of PMO, and will focus on leading innovative projects that reshape the data storage industry.
Key Responsibilities
- →Facilitate the end-to-end lifecycle of interrelated projects within a program, ensuring timely and scope-compliant delivery
- →Build, drive, and enforce project management governance, processes, and templates for cross-functional projects
- →Manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously within a program
- →Communicate project updates to team members, stakeholders, and C-level executives
- →Research, analyze, and recommend solutions and best practices
- →Work with business stakeholders to identify objectives, KPIs, and key metrics
- →Review and analyze business requirement documents
- →Manage scope creep, dependencies, change management, and interventions
- →Debrief at the end of each project to incorporate feedback into Lessons Learned
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of program management experience leading cross-functional projects
- ✓3+ years experience with business requirements documentation and complex UAT
- ✓Hands-on experience managing dependencies and reporting
- ✓Experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies
- ✓Experience managing programs for a Global Sales Organization
- ✓Understanding of technology-dependent project implementation
- ✓Proficiency in program and project management methodologies
- ✓Strong business acumen and decision-making skills
- ✓Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, communication, and facilitation skills
- ✓Proficient in slide deck preparation and presentation skills
- ✓Results-driven with strong tactical skills and a focus on execution
- ✓Ability to communicate with senior management
- ✓Ability to balance multiple program timelines and resources
- ✓Ability to influence and make project decisions without authority
- ✓Advanced in use of project management tools
- ✓Highly analytical, fact-driven, and process-oriented
- ✓Collaborative team player with a can-do attitude
- ✓High attention to detail
- ✓Project Management certification(s) preferred
- ✓Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus
- ✓Proficient technical understanding of standard storage industry terminology
