About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Pure Storage. This role will support and strengthen the sales organization by implementing efficient sales processes and tools. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the Commercial sales organization achieves its objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Run the business cadence to deliver forecast and quarterly results
- →Keep the Regional Sales Director informed about business issues related to forecast and quarterly results
- →Co-lead pipeline pods to drive inspection and identify areas for improvement
- →Jointly build growth plans within the region and set KPIs to track progress
- →Develop and lead cross-functional initiatives as required
- →Coach and mentor sales leaders through new systems and processes
- →Identify opportunities for sales process improvement
- →Provide insights and drive sales process innovation
- →Drive operational excellence by developing a personal brand of trust and leadership
- →Analyze trends and provide recommendations based on forward-looking indicators
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or analytical roles
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
- ✓Strong analytical skills
- ✓Proficiency in MS Office, Clari, and SFDC
- ✓Advantageous to have Tableau skills
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Ability to work under pressure
